Uninterruptible Power Supplies
|
|
PPE can provide design of complete UPS systems including selection of equipment to suit an application.
We can supply equipment from a range of manufacturers and provide installation to relevant UK and European
standards, commissioning and testing. Furthermore, we can provide service, repair, maintenance and
remote SMS-based monitoring of any UPS.

Batteries
|
|
PPE can provide design of DC cable and protection systems, sizing and configuration of battery arrays
and selection and best fit of battery systems. All batteries supplied by us conform to current BS and EN
standards and are installed by our DC installation specialists. We also offer capacity testing of batteries by
DC load bank, impedance testing and supply and installation of battery monitoring systems, together with service,
repair and maintainance of battery systems.

Generators
|
|
PPE can provide power generation surveys and reports in capacity planning. Our solutions include UPS compatible generators,
full or standby rated, auto-changeover switchgear with interlocks and UPS and generator load supply cabinets.
Our designs can include harmonic control of non-linear currents. We also offer generator planned preventative
maintenance and repair and generator upgrade to latest standards of control and regulation.

Switchgear
|
|
PPE can provide UPS and generator compatible switchgear designs and mains, UPS and generator discrimination studies and full system commissioning. Our designs can include harmonic filtration to achieve G5/4 limits, bypass and local isloation for UPS systems, interlocking and protection for critical power systems and metering and monitoring systems.

Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
|
|
PPE can provide computer grade PDUs with options incuding metering and monitoring, isolation of individual circuits to Form 4 standard, integrated Static Transfer Switches and harmonic reducing transformers or active harmonic filters. Circuits may be pre-wired to terminals to ease installation and alteration and include commando sockets where required.

Housings & Enclosures
|

PPE can provide UPS and battery thermally insulated housings with integral air conditioning systems
and generator enclosures with acoustic insulation. We also offer all-in-one UPS, generator and switchgear packages,
also available for supply and connection as a portable power centre.

Electrical Installation

PPE can provide installation of any or all of the above as a single item or as a package of works.
We offer specialist installation of critical power equipment, conformity to local electrical wiring regulations,

PPE can provide SMS-based monitoring of remote or unmanned sites. This simple and low-cost
solution provides text message alarms to on-call engineers.
